Prior to starting credit education and document processing services, you will sign a client agreement along with the following:
- Credit Service Agreement
- Authorization for Credit Repair Action
- Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
- Right Of Cancellation Notice
- Any other required notices and/or authorizations unique to your credit repair needs and applicable laws
The services we perform may include
- Document preparation and credit education. We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will choose which items you would like to dispute. We will advise you on steps to be taken to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained on your credit reports.
- We will prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports.
- You will forward to us your correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies and we will assist you in making further communication and correspondence with those agencies.
- Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.
- We make no guarantees on how long it will take to see desired results for any individual client. All results and timelines for the entire process will vary based on each clients personal credit file and financial circumstances.
In return, for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you sign it and enroll and be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid, except for fees associated with credit reports and scores used for the initial audit. Any cancellations after the initial cancellation period can be made at anytime, no refund will be given for monies already charged. No further payments will be collected after your effective cancel date. Just send written notice as outlined in your client agreement and we will process your request effective on the date it was received in our office or email inbox. For faster service, please email your request to billing@gfcsfirm.com. At your discretion, you may also need to cancel any other associated subscription services you have with our affiliate partners and/or suggested products. Global Financial & Credit Solutions is not responsible for processing cancellations or refunds of any fees paid to other vendors in association with the services provided to you by our company.
